Staying healthy and physically fit is our top priority. If you have your health, you have everything! We walk, stretch, run, and work out on the exercise equipment. CCI is so fortunate to have so much wonderful exercise equipment thanks to the Welborn Grant. We also learn skills and play skills games from the SPARK curriculum. Throughout the year, we practice for the President's Physical Fitness test. These activities include the one mile run, curl ups, pull ups, shuttle run, and the v-sit reach. We also discuss healthy eating habits and healthy sleep habits. We only have PE once a week, so it is important to exercise at least 30 minutes each day on your own. Encourage your family to exercise together on the weekends. Stay healthy and fit your entire lifetime!
