Push-ups, pull-ups, running, and playing are all part of a child physical education and well being. There are many ways a child can get physical activity into their daily routine. During our PE classes, we focus on various types of physical activity to round out each child and try to meet some of those physical activity needs. Throughout the school year we focus on completing the Presdential Fitness requirements for each student. Students meet only once a week for PE. This is why it is so important for students to get as much physical activity as they can when not in school.
