2022 Registration –  Please complete a separate electronic form for each child you have playing.

Flag – 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade players – $20.00
Tackle – 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade players – $50.00

Please mail a check payable to SP&F Football Boosters, Inc. with the participation amount by June 30 to:
